About Me

My name is Jim Roberts. I’m a Catholic blogger and aspiring author. I live near Ann Arbor, Michigan, where I grew up. I come from a Catholic family, and I have two younger siblings, a brother and a sister.

I studied political science at the University of Michigan, law at Cornell University, and creative writing (nonfiction) at Western Michigan University. I’ve worked in public policy, politics, and the legal world. I also spent some time helping care for my mother, who died from ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) in 2008.
